strange options on WordPress ‘My account’ line at top of page

When I log on to my dashboard, the admin bar at the top has a whole bunch of new items like query and grey tag, which weren’t there yesterday. But more importantly, when I try to upload a photo into my post, it now asks me if I want to leave this page with unsaved content instead of opening the usual little screen. Can someone help me?

The strange menu options on the dashboard problem appears to have (just momentarily) resolved, but there’s still a remaining problem: When I’m on my dashboard, and then click at the top to visit my site, it logs me out… which means I can no longer select one of my pages from the (non-dashboard) view and choose ‘Edit’ at the top. Thanks for your ongoing help WordPress folks!
