Strange Popup after domain mapping to blog.domain.com

I am getting a really strange popup at blog.buzzmilk.com (which I mapped this morning from buzzmilk.wordpress.com)

Right now I have the site set to private because I dont’ want anyone to see it yet – but here’s the popup URL – it is a blank page that opens for a second then closes whenever I visit a page or post.

    http://buzzmilk.wordpress.com/public.api/connect/?action=verify&service=wordpress

That’s the URL – was hard to copy / paste it because it closes so fast. My browser obviously blocked it initially so I had to allow popups to see what it was.

Any ideas? Could it be my settings at GoDaddy?

I disabled all publicize API’s as well – so it’s not that.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    My console reads the following:

Blocked a frame with origin “http://buzzmilk.wordpress.com” from accessing a frame with origin “http://blog.buzzmilk.com”. Protocols, domains, and ports must match. buzzmilk.wordpress.com/public.api/connect/?action=verify&service=wordpress:7
    JQMIGRATE: Logging is active s1.wp.com/:9823

    XHR finished loading: “https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1/notifications/?http_envelope=1&tim…&number=9&fields=id%2Ctype%2Cunread%2Ctimestamp%2Csubject%2Cmeta&trap=true”.

I’m thinking it could be due to me not having an SSL certificate on my main domain?

I took a look and everything is working properly.

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Internet Explorer?
