STRANGE problems with my site…

    I’m using WordPress since early 2015 and I never had this kind of problem…

    First of all, here’s the link to my site: discover-bucharest.com

    Since 11/24, about midday, I can not edit any posts, not on the specified homepage and also not in the subdomains ro.~/de.~/en.~. The editor is loading about three minutes, during which the contents of the post will not be displayed in the visual editor. Then, on top of the editor appears the message “Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case” and I can’t save any changes I do.

    What I first thaught the problem was, is the fact that I installed the Plugin UpdraftPlus Backup and Restoration, who was doing backups every day. When I first saw this problem, I thaught it may be caused by the many backups filling the limited space of my website. Today I’ve deleted this plugin and the backups, but the problem isn’t gone yet.

    Once I’ve also got the message 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR when trying to access the site, but I don’t think it has something to do with it…

    What should I do? How may I solve this problem? (BTW I tried to deactivate all plugins, it still didn’t work).

    Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. we do not provide support for as it is not hosted by wordpress.com and our support docs do not apply to it. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get help with that site.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
