Strange text and links appearing in my posts!

  I have noticed multiple instances of strange text and links inserted into my posts. See, for example, https://yogaspy.com/2012/09/12/in-defense-of-wearing-glasses-while-doing-yoga/. Look under the heading “Impediment.” There are two instances of foreign text and links! (The first is the text about electric razors and the second is the odd blurb “micro jesus piece.”)

  I did not include these text and links.

  I am the sole administrator of this blog.

  Help!

  Are you copying and pasting content from somewhere else into posts?

  Screenshots can be very helpful. You can use http://snag.gy/ or http://cloudup.com to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.
