Strange things happended to the bar on top of the blog

I don’t know how to describe my problem well, so i’ll show you some screenshots first:

I have never seen this menue points before. Also some of them are linking to a blog “mc.wordpress.com”, wich is password-protectet.On some other points, when i click them, i get a 404 Error or a white page:

They have been coming and going for a day now. I had them a few minutes ago and now they are gone. There are several other threads on this. You cannot write an entry for wordpress.COM, it will ask you for a username and login and you don’t have that level of permission.
