Strangers business name attached to my blog in Google

How is the following happening? This is what is showing up on Google.
I have no idea who De Zwart Lawyers are and why there name has been associated with my website. And how is my blog, which has no redirection to my website being redirected to this link and to my website?
I have not bought a domain name through WordPress and yet whn I click on this link it takes me to my website.
What is this and how do I get rid of it from showing up on Google and how is it linked to my blog and website?

Hi there. Are you saying http://www.nutritionpantry.com.au/ is not your site? As that site is a self-hosted website, there is nothing WordPress.com can do if they are stealing your content. Staff here have no way to access a self-hosted site and no way to contact its owners. You’ll have to contact that site’s web host directly to file a DMCA takedown request. That site appears to be hosted by Wix.

http://www.nutritionpantry.com.au/ is my site, however, why are De Zwart Lawyers showing up on the link on google, as shown below.

I’m afraid I have no idea. Additionally, when I search your site’s name in Google I don’t see anything concerning De Zwart lawyers. However, when I search for De Zwart lawyers I get the text you posted above, but with their own website’s URL, not yours.
My guess is something is loopy on Google’s side, so you might want to try contacting them.
And as your site is not actually hosted with WordPress.com there’s nothing else we can do from this side to help you. In fact, looking at your site’s source code it doesn’t look like you’re using the WordPress software at all.
The text you posted from the search result mentions WordPress, but the “Powered by WordPress” indicates it refers to WordPress.ORG, the self-hosted software. That’s what was used to build the De Zwart Lawyers website: http://www.dezwartlawyers.com.au/author/admin/ I’m afraid we can’t do anything about self-hosted sites in this forum, as the WordPress.org software is completely separate from the WordPress.com blogging platform.
It looks like you’re hosted by Wix, so you can try contacting them for help. Perhaps they have an idea what’s causing this, but I think Google support will be your best bet. Sorry I can’t tell you more.
