  Hi I want to embed a strava widget into my blog – how do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The strava widget is an iframe code which the software here will strip out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. You cannot use it on your WordPress.com blog.
