Streaming blog posts on a website

  I have to blogs. Healinglifeinsights.com is serving as my website. Lifeasawave.net is my blog. I want to take posts from Lifeasawave.net and have them show up on Healinglifeinsights.com ‘s page titled: Blog. In other words, when clients visit my website, I want it to connect them to the blog. Right now I’m playing around with just copying and pasting the text and media, but that is going to be really time consuming. Is there any way to make this happen more automatically? Thanks!
