stretched video with video upgrade

  i have purchased the $99 upgrade that includes video, so i wouldn’t have to embed from vimeo. i need the video to be in HD, and when i uploaded, it was really stretched. so i entered in what the size of the video is in the html. the video is still slightly stretched, and it also added a white bar on either side of the video.
  can anyone help?

  Howdy, what specific video did this happen with? Can you walk me through some of the details in how you recorded and processed it?

  We recommend h.264 for video and AAC for audio. That should give you the best results with VideoPress. Thanks!
