Stripe での支払い不能の件　My clients cannot pay through Stripe

    ‘reCapture key required’ appears when my clients try to pay up through the site set up with Stripe. They cannot finish paying.

    Hello –

    Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately this is not something that I can provide help for. The site is not hosted by WordPress.com.

    The first thing to do is ask your customer to contact their bank and make sure the purchase is being cleared and not being marked as fraud.

    I’d also suggest that you follow up with the payment processor directly for help avoiding this scenario in the future.
