  Hi, our stripe account does not seem to be connected properly. I spoke to Stripe Support and was told that nothing is being communicated to them from wordpress so the issue is on this side. The problem became apparent when customers called me and told me ALL their cards are being refused in our online shop. Can you help please?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask support for the specific Stipe plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
