Stripe add (of Pintpoint Booking pro) doesn’t work

    Hello,

    When I set up my stripe account I had made payments by cb (without going through pointpoint) and everything was fine. I contacted Stripe yesterday to check with them and everything seems to be working perfectly. I’m posting the recap of our conversation below this message.

    The problem I’m having is on all my hosting payment pages!

    In fact, stripe is quite apparent, I can enter my cb numbers, but then nothing happens! It stays frozen in the submission mode with the points animation cycle. It’s endless. I have no error messages anywhere, no notification of rejection or acceptance. I don’t understand and worse, I don’t know what to do more !

    My customers are complaining that they can’t pay through Stripe and I admit I would really like to get this problem fixed. I am also have contacted Pintpoint and if they give me an answer, I will keep you posted. However, it seems that this is related to the entity in charge of my integration and payment, and since Stripe is here an add-on of Pintpoint…
    I really really hope you will help me to fixe this big problem. Thanks in advance

I’m afraid that when working with third party platforms, there’s only a limited amount of information we can see and control about your integration, so to avoid issues in the future, it’s best recommended to reach out to them directly.

    Thanks a lot. But i’m not really using Woo commerce so …? I’m going to do it anyway.

    I’ve also contacted Pintpoint (wich is my pro booking program) but still without any answer till now.
