Stripe Configuration Plugin

I have Stripe accounts, I have enabled credit card payments and Sepa Direct Debit payments, I have installed and configured stripe plugin in wordpress, when I try to make a purchase with Sepa Direct Debit, the response is: Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method..
The contact Stripe and answer that configuration is regular, and I’m told to ask wordpress support.

Please share the site address and the full name of the Stripe plugin that you’re using.

From looking at your account, I can see you are using WooCommerce on a self hosted WordPress.org site.
These forums are where to provide support for WordPress.com sites so please follow staff-zara’s recommendation of creating a support ticket from your WooCommerce account (if you have purchased an upgrade) or posting to the WooCommerce support forums.
