Stripe integration not working with WordPress site

  Hi, I had a wordpress site build that has an API integration with Stripe. We have purchased made world wide and require Stripe receipts to issue GST (tax) receipt in Australia. We’ve confirmed Stripe is set up correctly and my developers say the site is fine. They’ve now suggested to check with WordPress for a solution

  I’m not sure. I thought my developers would be doing this but here I am. it’s Dancestep.com.au

  It looks like Dancestep.com.au is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
