Stripe not sending confirmation email

Please help, we’ve got a WordPress website, with WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions add-on.
We’re trying to integrate Stripe with our WP Website and WooCommerce Subscriptions, but it will not send an email upon placing an order because the physical payment is not taken until the next 1st day of the month.
E.g. A customer places an order on 12/08/2018 but the first payment is synchronised not to be taken until 01/09/2018 and then each 1st of the month until cancelled. The customer does not receive an email notifying them they have placed an order, but will only receive an email once payment has been taken.
We require an email to be sent upon placing the order, and one when the actual money is debited from their card.

It is still not resolved and Stripe have suggested we talk to both Woo and WP to resolve this issue.
We hope someone can help us resolve this.

You’ve posted to the support forums for free sites hosted on WordPress.com. We do not provide support for the WooCommerce plugin here.
If you have the Subscriptions extension for WooCommerce you should be able to submit a support ticket or start a live chat directly with WooCommerce support, here:

That will likely be the fastest route to get this resolved :)
