Stripe online payment issue: payment does not go through, but green tick appearing

Hello,
I have an issue with Stripe online payments. After submitting a payment form Customers are seeing the ‘green tick’, but the details are taking a long time to process, or not even process at all.
When payment is not not processed, a customer is redirected back to the payment form without any notification that payment was unsuccessful, which might cause some customers to be under the impression that the payment went through.
In the Stripe account’s logs I can see tokens created, but with no following charge. Normally you would see a token and seconds later a charge. When a payment does not go through – there is a token only without a following charge record.
Does anyone know what might cause this issue and how to resolve it.

On what site is this? WordPress.com does not have any integration that allows you to take Stripe payments on your site.
If this is for an online store using WooCommerce, please contact WooCommerce support here:
https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/
Or else contact support for whichever plugin you’re using for this integration on your site.

The described issue is on a wordpress.org website, so looks like i posted my question on the wrong forum, sorry about this! But thank you for your reply – you’re most likely correct. We use Simple Pay and we got in contact with them. Hope they’ll assist us with this issue.Thank you!
