Stripe Payment

    Please can someone call me on [redacted by staff].

    We use the integration with STRIPE to collect payment. It has been running smoothly for two weeks, until 1st Sept 2020. ONE credit transaction has been successfully collected via STRIPE from the customer, but it has not been pain into our bank account a week later via the stripe connection, (like all our other trans). STRIPE are asking us to contact Woo commerce support as it was an integration with woo commerce, and stripe are only a ‘back office’ provider. WE are at a loss as to why they are guiding us back to you, but i need to know why a transaction of £322 has not made it to our bank a week later like all the other transactions that have made it in the past, and have continued to do so in the month of Sept.

    The company which I am talking about is called CYCLE of GOOD.

    Please help by calling me, as I really need to speak to a person and understand how the logistics work betwwrn STRIPE and Woo Commerce.

    If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
