Stripe payments not completed

Some of the orders that have occurred on our website have not been completed–i.e. the money never reached us. Stripe says it’s a problem with WordPress (or one of our plugins) not sending all the information. We successfully received payments for a while, then they malfunctioned (didn’t reach us), now they are being completed again.

If it is then you are confusing wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting with your wordpress.COM hosted blog. They are not the same.

If the site is actually hosted by wordpress.COM then to use Stripe it has have a Business upgrade and that means you use live chat support.
