Stripe payments not going through

  My stripe payments are not going through…It keeps throwing the error ‘Sorry, we are unable to process your payment at this time. Please retry later.’ every time someone tries to make a payment….I have already contacted stripe support and it seems like the data is not being passed on to them…Kindly help as to what the issue might be
