Stripe Plugin Issue

Hi all,
I have downloaded the Stripe plugin for my website which my web developer is trying to integrate. I have also signed up to Stripe and activated the account to acquire the relevant Live API keys for my web developer to use – however when he enters the API keys into the relevant fields the card options don’t appear.
I have picked this up with Stripe and they have informed me after taking a look at my account, no information has been sent to my Stripe account. This means that the error is coming from the integration into my website. As the website is built in wordpress the person I am speaking with @ Stripe has advised me to redirect my queries here – can anyone please help me with this?

Hey there, you’ve posted your question in the support forums for sites hosted by WordPress.com, but your above site appears to be using the standalone WP software.
Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

What is the URL of the site you need help with? It is not possible for WordPressdotcom users to install 3rd party plugins due to security reasons.
If you used the Contact Us form here https://wordpress.com/help/contact as you don’t have any paid upgrade on WordPressdotcom (I assume), your query is directed to our public forums. So I’m not certain what Support team you refer to.
