stripe pre-authorization plug in

Hello – do you know if there is a plug in that allows me only to do pre-auth for peopl’s credict cards, and not do a full charge? I am collecting refundable deposits and don’t want to pay their fees.

Hi @rentalhost1000, sure. It’s handled by your gateway. For example, according to this post:
the official WooCommerce Stripe gateway has an option for “auth and delayed capture” by unchecking the “Capture charge immediately” setting when setting up the gateway.
Please note if you want to install plugins on our managed hosting service, you will need our Business plan, because outside plugins and themes add complexity to our support and maintenance.
