  How can I do to upload the posts and the blog keeps the structure of the theme exactly in the way it is shown in the example. I’ve just choosen Canard theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you mean you want your brand new site to look like the demo then you need to create some posts with content/text/images so there is something to place on the front page. When you have enough posts/pages and perhaps a menu then you’ll see your site taking shape. See: https://wordpress.com/theme/canard
