Structure Theme – confuzzled!

I have just installed this theme, and I can’t understand for the life of me how to get my most recent posts featured image in the large area?

I have had to apologise to my advertisers as I thought it would be up and ready in an hour or so.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am having the same problem. It’s as if the Home Page top left Featured image is completely disconnected. As I set the Featured Image, it only appears featured alongside the blog post on the Home Page and nothing but a big white box where the larger Featured Image should be.

Which advertisers are your referring to? Whether or not you have a domain as I do for my blogs is irrelevent. The ToS and the policies apply to all free hosted WordPress.com bloggers. We cannot purchase any upgrade that provides us with the ability to run blogger initiated advertising on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
There is an advertising program called WordAds. It’s for well established blogs on their own domains, with suitable content and 20,000 page views or more monthly.
