Structure theme displays protected posts in header

I just changed to the Structure theme and created a password protected post. However, that post is now displayed in the top header of my page, in huge font. A blank image has also made its way to the page. I tried logging out and viewing, and it’s still there. Can someone help?

You need to understand the structure theme home page…
The featured image and title highlighted in the home page will be the one of the last post you published in a specific category defined in Appearence>Theme options…. The “featured category” defined in your case seems to be “uncategorized”.

thats an interesting feature. were you able to view the entire post even though it was password protected?

No I couldn’t see your post… only the title saying “protected post” and in the extract section something saying that there was no need of extract because the post is protected….
fyi, if you wish to see your blog as any other would you have to disconnect. -
