Struggling!

Find a theme that truly meets my fairly simplistic needs. Launch my site which I began developing in January. My domain and hosting is with Bluehost. I have purchased products that I have been told is more than sufficient in every way to launch. I have purchased WordPress.com through Bluehost because I did not want the added .wordpress.com in my domain and my domain name alone exists as coming soon. Somehow it seems I also have a WordPress.org account which does include this in my domain. ? I have everything I need to begin except for the appropriate theme. Divi themes (at further cost) has been recommended to me. However, I don’t know if I can apply it to my Bluehost/WordPress account.
Someone please help. I have reached out many times to Bluehost live chat with no response and placed comments/questions like this to WordPress. Help!!!!!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have actually purchased WordPress.org through BlueHost. Your WordPress.com site https://selfdiscoveryacademy.wordpress.com/ is empty of content. You appear to be asking about your self-hosted Bluehost site that uses the WordPress.org software so you’re asking in the wrong forum.
