Struggling to Come Up with Website Idea

Hi,
I love building websites for clients, but I cannot for the life of me come up with a simple website idea. I love e-commerce and sites like Amazon.com, Sears.com, etc. but I know those would be very hard to create. I also do not want to build a simple blog – but rather something a bit more complex. Does anyone have any ideas?
