Struggling to Get Support on Business Plan – Any Tips?

Hi everyone,
I’m currently in the process of launching a new website and store using WordPress and WooCommerce, but I’ve run into some challenges with getting support from customer care.
Since I’m still learning the ropes, I opted for the business plan, which includes “Priority 24/7 support from our expert team.” However, despite sending multiple messages through the chat, I’ve been waiting for five days without receiving a response from a live agent.
The chatbot responses I’ve received so far haven’t been enough to resolve my issues, and when I specifically requested to speak with a person, my request was overlooked. This has been quite frustrating, as I need more in-depth assistance than what the automated responses are providing.
Has anyone else experienced delays with their business plan support? Any advice on how to connect with a real person? I’d really appreciate any tips!
