struggling to login

Hi there, we are struggling to login to WordPress. However, we have managed to login in to WordPress reader but our website is not here.
When we want to reset our password, we are able to use our username ‘Sylvie’, but not receiving the ‘confirmation email’ to either of these two email addresses:
(email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)
We have tried many times and in fact when I click on the bookmark I have saved, it opens up the website but no way to edit it! So when I type in search https:/equussoul.life/wp-admin, it just takes me directly to equussoul.life
I have also tried to change the password in the ‘PHPMYADMIN’ following instructions using link below.
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/#through-phpmyadminBut have also seem to fail, as it does not save what I type in after clicking ‘GO’
We would truly appreciate your help and guidance, also maybe if you could reset the account username and password and send us the link to create new password?
Or what would you suggest?

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Siteground. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
