Struggling to upload from new PC

  Hi,
  I am the new owner of a Packard Bell and I have had fun using the web cam for videos but I cannot upload them! I don’t know where I’m going wrong.
  Also I’m trying to upload a photo to use as a gravatarand again, I’m struggling. It won’t upload and when it did I couldn’t crop it.
  Any ideas?

  Hi. To upload videos to your WordPress.COM blog, as far as I know, you need to pay for an upgrade called VideoPress. Otherwise, you could upload your video on another website like YouTube, etc. and put your that video on your post. More details here:

  Also, just to make sure, are you talking about your personal Gravatar or your blog’s Blavatar? Depending on which one of those two it is, the following posts might help:
