Struggling with font size! Want to upgrade so I can deal with it easily.

  How do I upgrade my blog to be able to control font size?
  Have looked at tutorials online but their log in page etc doesn’t look the same as mine and doesn’t allow me to use/add plug ins as far as I can see? I really, really want to edit the font size on my blog as it is currently far too big, how do I go about doing this? What is the easiest upgrade for me to purchase?

  Sounds like you might want the Custom Design upgrade: http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
  With it you can use CSS to change your font sizes.
