Struggling with my pages

    Good day

    I seem to be having some trouble with my pages. I created a free WordPress website cassandraleeillustrationanddesign.wordpress.com, and here I messed around with the Sketch theme, became familiar with how everything works, and created a website to my liking.

    Then I went and bought a domain name http://www.cassandraleeart.com, installed WordPress and then with this site I installed the Sketch theme, and figured I’d be able to quickly recreate the same site I created with the free one. However, on the free website I am able to change my home page to whichever page I choose. On the website with the bought domain name, my home page is locked as a Blog Posts page that seemed to have already existed and that I don’t seem to be able to change or access in anyway.

    I would really appreciate someone being able to tell me why this is so?
