Struggling with Organization of Pages

Hi,
We have a small travel blog, and we want the top page to be ‘about’. We then have a trip as a ‘page’, and we would like all of the blog posts to automatically come under that. I’m struggling to make that happen, however. Can blog posts come _under_ pages, or are they independent of pages? Would my requirements be better suited by just doing pages and having each under the ‘top level’ page for the trip?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blog posts can come under Category pages that you can link to in your navigation using a Custom Menu. You can learn more about them here:
