Struggling with ‘pages’

  Please assist me with getting my site to reflect the pages that I have created on Jetpack. I have created About Me, Prices and Contact. Instead what is visible on the site is Home, Contact, Home. Please help me remove the 2nd Homepage. I have tried following the instructions on the website but I was unsuccessful in removing the 2nd Homepage.
