Stubborn menu won't go below custom header!

  After hours of no success with this, I can’t seem to find any way of moving the navigation menu tidily below the custom header! I’m using Tarski, and I became a little scared when I read somewhere that moving it is not possible…Please can somebody help me. Thanks.
