Stuck at email verification

  I already clicked ‘re-send your activation email’, received the email, clicked the link in it to activate my account, but it has no effect. I can’t publish posts, this notification won’t go away and I activated 3 times already.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  Have you checked the Spam folder in your inbox to see if the email landed there?

  Thanks for answering!
  The activation email went straight to my inbox. Three times. I already clicked the activation button and received the account activated message. However, when I go back to my account page, the message is still there and I still can’t do anything about it.
  Just an observation: I created my WordPress account along with Gravatar, so the activation button lands me in a page asking me to sign in to Gravatar. Activation doesn’t work if I sign in to Gravatar and doesn’t work if I ignore it neither.

  I also cannot change the email of this WordPress account. It says there was an error saving my configurations. So I can’t delete the account, I can’t free this email address, activation doesn’t work and I can’t publish.
  I already clicked the activation button and seen “Account activated!” two times in the last 5 minutes.
