Stuck half way

  I have subscribed to word press and made the payment. I have partially installed a theme and a plugin (Astra). I got logged out and now I cannot seem to get back to where I had left off. How do I re-start my word press installation? I have been trying for an hour and can’t get back and continue from where i was.

  Hi there!

  I don’t see any paid subscriptions or WordPress sites with plugins on this WordPress.com account. It’s possible that:

  1. Your WordPress.com site is on a different WordPress.com account.
  2. You actually created a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which are WordPress sites hosted by other companies.

  To rule out that your site is actually a self-hosted WordPress.org site, could you locate a transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com and submit it via this form? Please do not post the transaction ID here in the forum. You can follow the instructions here to locate the transaction ID on your credit card.

  Or, if you have an email receipt from WordPress.com for your payment, you can reply to that email, and it will land in our support queue. We will then get back to you via email to help you log into the correct account.
