Stuck halfway through the import process

  Hei folks,
  I am in the process trying to migrate from wordpress.org to wordpress.com. However, after starting the import-process to overwrite my .com site, I got stuck halfway through with no option to cancel or retry. What do I do now?

  Are you importing the content from My Site>Tools>Import, or are you using any migration plugins?

  Hi Frestomica,
  Yes, I am importing my content with the Import tool, following this guide at https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/#option-1-migrate-from-self-hosted .
  I have Jetpack installed on both ends, but the process is stuck at the “backing up…” stage of my .org site.
