Stuck in HTML Mode
-
Hi, all. This question is for my co-blogger. He emailed me this morning with a problem that I can’t begin to figure out, so I’m pasting it in here:
Re: WordPress. It would appear that I am stuck in ‘HTML’ mode. Maybe.
Here is why I say that. I go into WordPress to write or compose a post. I have no icons b/t the word Post (under the Title box) and the words Add media:. To the right of the Add media: icons the word Visual has a light blue rectangle around it. HTML has just a white background. If I compose something as the screen is when I first come into WordPress, after I Save it it has a <p> at the beginning of each line and a </p> at the end of each line. At this point I can (and did) add <b> </b>.
If I click on the HTML (to the right of Visual) and then try to enter text, the cursor moves but no text appears. You can look at this mornings Thought post. I am extremely limited.
Kathy again. I don’t have this problem, and it doesn’t have an obvious (to me) explanation, so I’m handing it right on over to you guys. Don’t you feel lucky? :-)

Very lucky indeed! :-)
There is all sorts of things to try. Refresh, log out, clear cookies, log in, publish a post (even if the text seems invisible) to see what happens, try another browser. -
Well thats Some problems i seen in Firefox 2 older version !! Tell him to upgrade !! or he/she is using Post addon in Firefox !!
