Stuck in Limbo and cannot escape – Website is down.

    I have cancelled a business plan which hosted OceanWP theme and some pro plugins etc.

    I used Elementor page builder to make my site. I had assumed (wrongly) that by cancelling, my site would remain as a backup for my migration. I did the migration to WP.org on Hostgator but the formatting of elementor didn’t copy over for some reason. But now I am unable to access my backup site to try to fix it!

    Do I try to fix this backup site, or try to fix the formatting on the wp site? Either way, I need one of them to work.

    I spent weeks designing the site and I do not want it to disappear into the ether. There was clearly a problem with the migration and clearly a problem by cancelling when I did. Any help would be appreciated.
