Stuck in loop on dashboard, unable to edit website

I have a WordPress site that has been active for several years; the site was set up through WordPress.com (I also have Jetpack and Bluehost accounts set up). I can visit the URL fine, but when I try to log into WordPress dashboard to edit my website, I get stuck in a continuous loop. Could you advise on how to work through this issue?

    (1) Click on ‘My Home’ on the WordPress dashboard to attempt to edit my site.
    (2) A webpage opens with the following text: ‘You have 1 hidden WordPress site. To manage it here, set it to visible.’
    (3) I click on a button below labeled ‘Change visibility’.
    (4) I am taken back to the WordPress dashboard and the loop begins again.

I’ve been unable to find anything online to help me so far. My site has been active online for several years, but it’s been a long time since I modified anything.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

box5680.temp.domains is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but rather with Bluehost. I would recommend contacting Bluehost, as they would be able to assist you in regaining access to the back end of your site:

    https://www.bluehost.com/contact/

If the site was hosted with WordPress.com, it no longer is from what I am seeing under your account.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

Thank you, appreciate the help! I never really worked out what WordPress, Bluehost and Jetpack were all doing when I first set up the site; this should be a good learning experience for me :)

For the record, Bluehost were able to help me resolve these issues using the link you sent. I’m now able to edit and access my site again :)
