Stuck on Cancel Upgrades.

  We have hosting through Godaddy for our company, but the the domain is under wordpress. due to the 60 day transfer issue, we have forwared the domain to go daddy, but need to delete the contents of the WP site in order to add a site via godaddy. When we go to delete the site, it says to delete upgrades, but then there are no upgrades to delete.

  Hi there!

  Apologies for the delayed response. I’ll be happy to help you with this.

  I wanted to clarify two things:

  1. Your domain was registered using a different WordPress.com account. The site is also owned by the other account. So to make any changes to the site/domain, you’ll need to log out of @igorlukac87 and log into the correct account.
  2. Could you explain a bit what you meant by the following?

  A WordPress.com site and a site hosted by GoDaddy are completely different. You don’t have to delete one to have another because they are not the same. Could you explain why you need to delete the WordPress.com site?

  On a separate note, we’d love to have you host your site with us as well. Especially if you don’t already have a site, you can pick a WordPress.com plan and get started building your site on WordPress.com right away!
