stuck on maintenance page after failed plugin upgrade

    Hi,

    I tried to upgrade the AdevrtisingManager plugin which resulted in failure with an absurd notification “could not create directory . /public_html” or something like that. I would not mind that, for I never actually used that plugin. However, now I (and nobody else) can access my blog. We are redirected to the maintenance page. Please, what should I do?
