Stuck trying to create a blog…

I am stuck trying to start a blog with our icloud email, I have been trying twice now, leaving more than 48hrs in between, no confirmation email reaches us… I have checked the junk folder… I have pressed resend confirmation email many times, still nothing…
It worked the first time with that other address…
Is there a reason? Can it be fixed?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is just that the confirmation email never arrived, I tried leaving a few days, starting again, and also resending the confirmation email.
Is it that there are known issues with icloud emails?

Have you checked in your email client spam filter for the confirmation email?
