Stuck!!! Unable to register, log in, or reset password

I’m in a tough bind – I’m trying to log in using my professional work email, but it’s saying that the email is not recognized. I then go to sign up and register new, but there it says that the email is already registered, and it directs me to the log in page. I try the password reset, but it’s saying that the email is not in the system???
I’m caught in a circle where I’m unable to move forward. I need to somehow free up this email for a new registration or password reset. Any clues as to how to solve this?
