Stuck while importing self hosted wordpress site

    Hi, I am trying to import a self hosted wordpress site. It stuck at

    We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.

    It’s been almost a week.

    Hi there,

    I have reset the importer for your site, so you should be able to import your file again.

    Note that we have a 15MB file size limit for imports, so if your file is bigger than that you’ll need to user an XML splitter to break it up into smaller pieces, or you’ll need to create incremental exports by only exporting the posts for a few months at a time.

    If you have a lot of spammy comments on your old site, that can also prevent an import from completing successfully.
