Studen-run business, lost credentials

I advise an entrepreneurship club the runs a photo booth business. Student managers change all the time. The most recent manager has forgotten the username and password. Attempts to recover the password do not send an email to any known account. What can I do to get control of the WordPress account?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

It looks like your site is hosted with GoDaddy, so if the WordPress.org password reset instructions @timethief provided does not work, please get in touch with them to regain access to the site.
