  You can’t install plugins on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  However wordpress.com does have a lot of build-in features, perhaps you don’t need a plugin at all, https://wordpress.com/support/widgets/
