  Hi again! Thank you so much for your help. I registered for and attended a live webinar that promised a code, but I did not get a code in the webinar, and there weren’t any follow-up emails.

  It would have either been emailed to the email address you registered with, or presented at the end of the webinar. Did you stay through the end of the webinar?
