Student Login Issues

  Hello,
  I am a teacher and having my students use wordpress to create a blog for class. I’ve had multiple students since setting up their account having login issues. When logging in they are receiving the message, ‘account locked for security reasons’. How can I help my students get logged in to their accounts?

  Hi there,

  account locked for security reasons

  That may mean there have been too many bad login attempts from that internet connection. Could you confirm what site they’re logging into, and whether they’re all using the same internet connection?

  They are using different internet connections and they are logging in through their students google accounts.

  Can you confirm the URL of the site they are logging into?
