Student not receiving email to confirm account. All other students successful.

Not receiving email to confirm account. We have checked and triple checked email info/typing, but nothing comes through. However, when the student goes to log in, his username is confirmed/stated as used. This tells us some stage of the process must have been successful. Have tried multiple emails and creation of new emails and WordPress accounts.

I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide the username and the email address? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email address so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Unfortunately, I could not seem find a user registered with the email address you provided. Can you verify again what email address your student used to sign up with us and what date he registered?
In case he needs to re-register, he can do that here. To ensure that he signs up successfully, please make sure he enters a valid email address.

Hi Andrew,
He re-registered and is still waiting for his confirmation email to activate. It doesn’t seem to want to send confirmation emails to him no matter what we try. Today will be the third or fourth class of trying.

I’m not quite sure why your student did not receive a confirmation email from us. I sent over a quick message to his email address to verify. If he can reply to it, that would be great.
